Kabul terrorist attack example of US proxy war in Afghanistan

Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said that Saturday morning's terrorist attack in Kabul is an example of a proxy war and what the US terrorist allies usually do in Afghanistan, and reiterated that the US should take direct responsibility for the attacks.
