Kim Jong Un told at the historical 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea that there was no more important revolutionary work than upbringing the children well and healthy and it was the most important policy and supreme desire of the Party and State to improve the upbringing conditions even by spending a huge sum of money.
