The main chamber regularly, appreciate the specialized comment of the commission and the bill would be withdrawn from the Parliament’s agenda."

The Parliament member continued: "If the government is insisting on its views regarding the repelled bill, it should resubmit it."

According to Khodadi, the workers’ views haven’t been considered in drafting the bill and there have been wide scope protests from them.

"Despite our efforts in holding meeting with government, workers and contractors’ representatives, we weren’t able to unite their views."

The Head of Parliament’s Social Commission at the end emphasized: "If the government is intending to reform Labor act, it should do precise investigation and accord his social partners’ opinions."
