Negotiation with US never been a taboo: Iran official
Iranian Parliament's General Director for International Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian insisted that negotiation with US has never been a taboo but distinguishing the suitable time for the talks and preserving authority are two principles of any diplomatic dialogue.
Amir-Abdollahian wrote on his official Twitter account, “Negotiating with US has never been a taboo. The meetings that were held between the foreign ministers of the two states during JCPOA talks and three rounds of talks in Baghdad which I attended, are the examples of such negotiations.
The problem is not negotiation, but US’s bully treatment, massive crimes and breaking promises. Distinguishing the proper time and preserving authority are the two principles in any diplomatic negotiation”.
