In cabinet meeting, president reports Iran's latest census
Iran's president,called establishing national statistical systems, the most important goal of Iran's Statistical center.
President "Hassan Rouhani", appreciating Iran’s Statistical Center and all those who put effort in conducting year 1395 census properly, told that the center is directed its attempts toward establishing and maintaining national registering statistical systems.
He urged all the governmental executive bodies to further collaborate in reaching such vital goals.
Iran’s President, announcing the latest Iran’s Statistical Center of Iran’s report on Wednesday, in a cabinet meeting, told: "The results of the latest conducted census in Iran is going to empower the managers and executive authorities in predicting and analyzing the ongoing procedures in the country and planning for the future."
According to the released report of the Statistical Center of Iran, more than 48.4% have participated in online polling which indicate a record in conducting such processes. A fact that is contributing to saving more than 120 billion tomans and 50% reduction in executive forces and the development of statistical culture.
The report has stated that the country’s total population is 79,92,270 from which 51% are men and 49% are women.
The findings indicate that the total number of the country’s families are 24,196,35.
According to the latest national census, the country’s population's yearly average growth, between year 1390 and 1395 was 1.24%. South Khorasan and Bushehr provinces have shown to have highest growth rates while Hamedan and North Khorasan have indicated to have the lowest one.
