Iran to hold meeting with P5+1 in Vienna
Iranian delegation arrived here Tuesday morning to attend the fourth meeting on Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) to be held with participation of Iranian officials and representatives of the P5+1.
The fourth JCPOA joint meeting starts in the Austrian capital before midday.
P5+1 includes the US, Britain, France, Russia and China plus Germany.
Abbas Araqchi, who is Deputy Foreign Minister and also Head of Foreign Ministry Headquarters to Monitor the JCPOA, is leading the Iranian delegation.
On July 17, Araqchi attended a press briefing and said the fourth JCPOA meeting is to review the sanctions and technical issues.
Araqchi said the JCPOA joint meeting is to make efforts to remove the obstacles to implementation of the July deal before they will turn into major problems.
The first and second JCPOA joint meetings were held in October, 2015, and the third in December, 2015.
