Hezbollah praises Iran for helping to resolve regional crises
Hezbollah secretary general Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah in a meeting with Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian lauded Tehran for helping the regional states in fighting against terrorist groups and restoring security to the region.
During the meeting in the Lebanese capital on Sunday, Amir Abdollahian condoled the martyrdom of Hezbollah commander Mustafa Badreddin near Damascus military airport in Southern Syria.
'If the resistance forces had not sacrificed their lives in the fight against the Zionist regime and terrorism, there would have been no security left in the region,' Nasrallah said during the meeting in Beirut on Sunday.
Hezbollah secretary general also praised Iran for its efforts to settle the crises in the region politically.
Nasrallah blasted certain states for sowing discord among Muslims, and underscored the necessity for the Muslim world to keep vigilant against the Israel's moves.
Iran has pioneered in helping the regional states' fight against terrorism, especially Iraq and Syria, and has demanded the regional and world states to partner in the war on against terrorist groups.
