Iran’s Bagheri Kani holds talks with Austrian deputy FM

Iran’s Top Nuclear Negotiator Ali Bagheri Kani met with the Austrian Deputy Foreign Minister Peter Launsky-Tieffenthal in the Austrian capital Vienna on Thursday.
The meeting took place after Bagheri Kani, who is also the deputy Iranian foreign minister for political affairs, held bilateral talks with the European Union’s Coordinator of the JCPOA revival talks, Enrique Mora.
Bagheri is leading the Iranian negotiating team in the new round of talks over the revival of the 2015 Iran nuclear deal officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
They arrived in Vienna earlier on Wednesday.
Negotiations are set to take place between the Iranian team and other parties within different formats.
