Pres. Raisi terms Arbaeen rituals as Int’l Resistance Front

While appreciating the efforts of all the organizations and ministries to hold the Arbaeen rituals in a more magnificent ceremonial way, President Raisi called Arbaeen the guarantor of the endurability of Ashura and termed Ashura as the manifestation of all developments in the world of humanity.

Describing the magnificent Arbaeen rally as the focus of the International Resistance Front in the region and the world, the President highlighted that “we are” all obliged to try to organize Arbaeen regularly and perform it perfectly as a great move by Muslims of the world.

Raisi noted that holding Arbaeen rituals more gloriously will have very positive consequences for the Islamic country and not only will make the friends of the Islamic Revolution more hopeful, but it will also disappoint the foes more than before.

The Arbaeen procession is one of the largest religious ceremonies being held in Iraq every year.

Each year, millions of pilgrims, mainly from Iraq and Iran, travel long routes on foot to Karbala, where the holy shrine of Imam Hossein (AS) is located.
