IAEA resolution has only psychological effect: analyst

A political activist has said that the west can’t do anything by imposing a new resolution on Iran and it just has psychological effects on Iran.
Abbas Salimi Namin called the IAEA new resolution a move against Iran, saying, “This is a move against Iran that can have an impact on its own."
“But according to the arrangements of the Security Council, they can’t do anything effective,” he told ILNA.
Underlining that Russia and China voted against the IAEA new resolution against Iran, he said that the resolution “just creates psychological effects on Iran."
