Machines for making centrifuge parts moved to safer place: AEOI Spox
The Spokesman for the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Behrouz Kamalvandi said that the machines for producing centrifuge parts were moved to a safer place.
Speaking in an interview with Al-Alam News Network, Kamalvandi elaborated on transferring some nuclear facilities from Tesa Complex in Karaj to Natanz, saying: “We have general plans for the development and production of centrifuge machines, supply and security, but unfortunately, due to the terrorist operation against Tesa Complex, we had to intensify security measures.”
In other words, machines for making centrifuge parts have been moved to a safer place because of their importance, he noted.
He assured that all these measures have been taken in the framework of agreements with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Touching upon IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi visit to Iran and the Vienna Talks, he said the two sides reached a framework to resolve issues fast and a four-article statement was also released.
We do not have any technical discussions at the moment, although some small issues still remain.
