U.S and EU will reach a diplomatic agreement with Iran; Expert
Daniel Lacalle, a famous Spanish economist told ILNA news agency that it is very difficult to keep JCPOA as it is right now.
Speaking to ILNA news agency, Lacalle stressed "But there is a widespread belief that the new administration in the United States and the European Union will reach a diplomatic agreement with Iran."
"We will likely see a renewed diplomatic effort if John Kerry is nominated as foreign secretary. I believe that diplomatic negotiations will likely start from a new perspective from both sides."
Answering to question about the role of the International Atomic Energy Agency in maintaining the nuclear deal, he said that the International Atomic Energy Agency has proven its independence on numerous occasions. I do not believe that there is any compromise to its independence. All governments try to convince the IAEA of their position, but that does not mean there is pressure or that the agency falls under political pressure.
The economic analyst added "The best way for both countries to reduce tension is to have a clear understanding that there is no military or civilian threat against them.
"Tensions can be reduced quickly if the United States perceives that the threat is gone," he said.
