€7.4 billion invested in 3 Iranian oil projects
Iran's Minister of Oil on Monday announced that three projects of the Ministry were inaugurated with a total investment of 4.7 billion euros.
Bijan Namdar Zanganeh made the remarks during a press briefing on the rollout of new oil and gas projects in Iran.
Zanganeh said: "Despite the strongest external pressure and sanctions, the oil industry has not only been successful in operating production facilities but has also advanced its development plan."
The minister stated that the country's gas exports will reach 15 to 16 billion cubic meters this year.
Calling these activities a symbol of national resistance, Zanganeh added: "The Iranian nation resisted in a situation where we faced the pressure of foreign sanctions. Importantly, progress will continue with all might, strength, and spirit existing in the country."
During the ceremony, three projects for the development and improvement of the gas dispatching center and the sixth and ninth national gas transmission lines, the first phase of Bushehr Petrochemical and the 500 MW West Karun combined cycle power plant and its transmission lines and power substation were inaugurated.
