Fears about coronavirus,Turkmenistan returned 30 wagons to Iran

Due to a state of uncertainty at the Turkmenistan-Iran common border in recent weeks; unfortunately, 30 wagons were returned to Iran, the head of the Iran-Turkmenistan Chamber of Commerce told ILNA.

Speaking to ILNA news agency correspondent, Mohammad Hossein Roshanak said that Turkmenistan sends back Iran's 30 wagons with food items and it seems Iranian official is not in the mood to pursue these matters

Referring to the affection of Iran`s railway export by the COVID-19 virus outbreak, the Iranian official added “However, most countries are affected by wit this virus, so we should not neglect businesses and the economy in such a situation.”

“Many of our products in Khorasan Province are exported to Central Asia and the Iranian officials are better to draft a protocol to facilitate the exporting at least via railways,” Roshanak said.

The Islamic Republic only announced its first infections and deaths from the coronavirus on Feb. 19. Iran's Health Ministry announced that the coronavirus death toll mounted to 194 and 6,566 people have been affected by the virus so far.
