Tehran-Caracas direct flight launched

The First direct flight from Tehran to Caracas by Mahan Air left Imam Khomeini International Airport to Caracas early on Monday.
The Spokesman of Iran Civil Aviation Organization’s Public Relations Department Reza Jafarzadeh earlier said that the first Tehran-Caracas direct flight with the Advisor to the Iranian Foreign Minister and Director General for the Americas, Mohsen Baharvand and his fellow delegation on board left Tehran on Monday.
He added that a delegation headed by deputy head of Mahan Air also headed for Caracas to hold talks with Venezuelan officials on maintaining flights between two countries.
The non-stop Tehran-Caracas flight will take 16 hour.
