Syria invites Iranian companies to invest in Arab country

An Iranian economic delegation headed by Hassan Danifar, an advisor to First Vice President held a meeting with Syrian Prime Minister, Imad Khamis.
During the meeting, both sides discussed the prospects of developing economic relations, activation of joint investments plans between Iranian and Syrian businessmen, taking necessary measures to increase the level of trade exchanges, facilitating the process aiming at reaching the peak of exchanges and realization of mutual benefits.
Imad Khamis said, “Distinct and deep-rooted political relations between Iran and Syria can strengthen the economic relations between the two countries and we invite Iranian companies to invest in Syria”.
