Economic inflation in Iran stands at 10.2%

Economic inflation in Iran over the 12 months ending in May 20 stood at 10.2 percent.
This is while the number for the 12 months ending in April 19 had stood at 10.8 percent, Iran Statistics Center reported.
The report added that point-to-pint inflation in the one month period ending in May 20 stood at 6.8 percent, while the point-to-point inflation for the one month period ending in April 19 had stood at 7.7 percent.
Point-to-point inflation is a term frequently used by the Iranian government, denoting the inflation usually over one month.
