Poland keen to develop ties with Iran
Poland is keen to develop ties with Iran, Director of Foreign Relations Department of Polish Chamber of Commerce Jerzy Drozdz said on Sunday.
Calling the relations with Iran as historical, he said there is good potential for cooperation between Iran’s Khuzestan province and Poland especially in field of gas and oil industry.
Ahvaz Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mine and Agriculture and Polish Chamber of Commerce on Sunday signed Memorandum of Understanding on expansion of bilateral ties.
The cooperation document includes exchange of trade delegations, participating in exhibitions and training the two countries’ merchants.
The Memorandum of Understanding also includes establishment of a committee to organize implementation of Poland and Khuzestan capabilities in all fields.
Khuzestan has good potentials in field of oil, gas and petrochemical industries as well as agriculture.
The Polish industrial bodies too have good capabilities in fields of engine equipments and construction of passenger ships.
