Iran’s trade with U.S. and Britain by numbers
Last year, Iran exported more than 217 tons of goods to the U.S. that are worth 266,201 dollars. In the same year, Iran imported 15,654 tons of goods from the U.S. that are worth more than 97 million dollars.
Last year, Iran also exported 7,779 tons of goods to the United Kingdom with a total value of $ 15,449,215.
In the same year, Iran’s Imports from the U.K. stood at $ 1,147,878,596 with a total tonnage of 2,441,801, Iran’s Customs administration reported.
Goods exported from Iran to the U.S. included different types of musical instruments, books, saffron, inlays, cashmere, paintings, furniture, floor coverings, traditional liqueurs, jams, milk and cream.
Iran’s imports from the U.S. included vitamins, dietary supplements, angiography and angioplasty equipment, blood sampling containers, blood glucose testing devices, (dairy, meat, dual-purpose), hormone drugs, etc.
Iran’s exports to the U.K included goods such as food materials and products, nuts, fruits, saffron, Sohan, caviar, tobacco, carpets, etc.
