The Lecturer of the Art Faculty of Azad University, Aidin Ardjomandi has been selected as the Middle East Region Manager of the FEEEL World Design Prize in Canada.

Tehran  – The Lecturer of the Art Faculty of Azad University, Aidin Ardjomandi has been selected as the Middle East Region Manager of the FEEEL World Design Prize in Canada.

Aidin Ardjomandi is an award winner Iranian multidisciplinary designer who has won 11 national and international Awards such as the A’design award in Italy by inventing a new brand musical instrument; The Celloridoo. Celloridoo is a hybrid musical instrument combining a bowed instrument resembling a cello and a didgeridoo, an ancient Australian aerophone.

Ardjomandi is a member of the World Design Consortium, International Design Club, International Council of Creative Industries, and the International Association of Designers.

The Good Design Make holder, Aidin Ardjomand is one of the most famous designers in case of design awards in the world. He has been part of the jury committee of several design awards such as the A’Design Awards in Italy, the Stevie Awards, the Edison Awards, the International Design Awards, the Design Excellence Awards, The LIT Awards and the Archstorming Design Competition in USA, the ADA in Azerbaijan, the Asia Design Prize in south Korea, the Design Educates Awards in Germany, the Industart and the Ukrainian Design Awards in Ukraine and the European Product Design Awards in Hungary. He is Also the manager of the international section of the Azerbaijan Design Awards.

With all these illustrious international experiences he has been selected as the Middle East Region Manager of the first FEEEL World Design Prize in Canada. The FEEEL World Design Prize is a new Design Award and its goal is to collect projects in the business and higher segments that could potentially be of interest to the furniture and architectural products market and can be produced by FEEEL design.

“Today, there are many design awards all over the world and Iranian young designers are constantly shining in these events but unfortunately, the vast majority of these awards are not free to participate and you have to pay a registration fee and it is so hard to pay this amount for young designers.” Ardjomandi said, “The good news is the first period of FEEEL World Design Prize is free and it will be a great opportunity for Iranian young designers and design students to compete in a prestigious international event.” He continued.

Aidin Ardjomandi hopes to see a significant number of designs from middle eastern designers in this award, specially from Iran.
